New 2018 Range Rover Sport expect a facelift
Range Rover is one of Britain’s best exports, it has a worldwide market share and truthfully, there are many pretenders but there really is only one Range Rover. The Range Rover first hit the showrooms all the way back in 1970 after Charles Spen King (who went on to have the CSK Range Rover named after him and was involved with the experimental turbine car the Rover Jet 1) looked at how something like the ‘Rangie’ could be made.
The Rangie has worldwide success and is driven by superstars, celebrities and royalty, as well as your average Joe.
2018 Range Rover Sport Coupe
There are rumors that Jaguar Land Rover company is preparing a special coupe version of the famous Range Rover Sport. It will be created to compete with BMW X6. Another rival of the car is Cayenne which is also rumored to have coupe version in the future. It is unlikely to be true, but there are plenty of renderings and even spy shots already appeared.
2018 Range Rover Sport Release date
The new Range Rover Sport 2018 has been seen testing on public roads, albeit fully camouflaged up. Working to the usual product life-cycle and production processes, we’d expect to see the new Sport hit the dealerships in the third quarter of 2017.
2018 Range Rover Sport Price
Range Rovers aren’t cheap, but they are an absolute premium product. Prices for the 2018 Sport should start in the region of $65,000 and go north of $100,000 for the fully loaded flagship model.

2018 Range Rover Sport Redesign and Changes
Not much will change on the new model. Land Rover haven’t actually released anything officially, so we can only work with spy shots and industry rumors, but this is what we know:
Fitted as standard will be a 3.0 liter V6 supercharged gasoline engine, plenty of torque and silky smooth. There will be options for a turbo diesel V6 and a 5.0 liter supercharged V8 gasoline motor; no power outputs have been released.
Power will be sent to all four wheels via an 8-speed auto transmission, there will of course be different dynamic driving modes, although it’s thought that Range Rover are more concerned with how the vehicle rides on the road rather than off road capability; it’s though that we’ll see completely redesigned suspension to improve on-road manners and road handling.
2018 Range Rover Sport Facelift
Little of the exterior will change, but we think the front bumper has been redesigned, incorporating different air intakes and license plate support. We also know that the hood has been redesigned, but whether that is a result of the redesigned grille, or whether Range Rover Sport 2018 have changed it regardless remains to be seen.
It look like the rear end has had a slight make over as well; thinner tail lights and a wider rear seem to be the order, although until Range Rover take the camouflage off, it’s difficult to tell with 100% accuracy.
2018 Range Rover Sport SVR
The extreme sporty version of the Rangie hasn't announced yet, but expected to stay in line up (with the limited production numbers). It is likely to feature sporty body kit, improved exhaust system, matte black detailing. The engine is expected to be good old 5-liter V8 with high performance supercharger, with the output of around 550 HP.
