2018 Honda Accord Coupe Is The Beauty Concept Incarnation
The Accord name has been part of Honda’s line-up since 1976, and the four-door sedan has been one of America’s best-selling models since 1989, which in a nation of car manufacturers is quite impressive. Speculation over the new 2018 Honda Accord Coupe abounds, we’ve seen quite a few different sources proclaiming ‘fact’ that contradicts what we do already know.
Honda are currently testing the vehicle in the warmer parts of the country, hoping to test to extremes of heat, really pushing the vehicle to its limits, and it’s the spy shots from this that have given much information as to how the new model will look when it finally does arrive.
2018 Honda Accord Coupe V6
The 2018 Accord Coupe V6 appearance is the object of speculations. Some claim that Honda will get rid of big engines in their line up. We think it's highly unlikely - Honda's V6 is ecological and fuel efficient enough to stay in line up. The answer to the question - upcoming 2018 Accord Coupe V6 is it AWD - is obvious, such combination of engine and chassis really needs all-wheel drive, so it certainly will be such option.

2018 Honda Accord Coupe Redesign
The new 2018 Accord will be lighter, sportier and a little sleeker, mainly thanks to the new platform that it’s being built on. This platform will be the same as used in the Civic and a slightly revised version will also be used for the next generation CR-V.
The exterior will change quite dramatically also; the roofline will change, giving the appearance of a smooth arc, leading directly in to the rear window. We’ll also see the new corporate Honda grille which they are now incorporating on all their new models. Along with that, the new coupe will be wider than the older version, giving more room and more stable platform.
That is, presumably, all changes for 2018 Honda Accord EXL and Sport Coupe Redesign.
2018 Honda Accord Coupe specs
Power plant options still haven’t been finalized, but we think that Honda will drop the 3.5 liter V6 in favor of a turbocharged 2.0 liter 4-cylinder, the base model is likely to come with a 1.5 liter turbo (although we aren’t sure if that motor will reach America) and of course, there will be a 2.0 liter Hybrid, producing about 212 BHP, the same system that is being used in the 2017 Civic and Accord Hybrid.

Inside the cabin, it seems as though Honda have drawn inspiration again from the latest Civic; the design theme is quite angular and they are fitting all the latest tech, including the Honda Sensing safety features; adaptive cruise control, collision warning, automatic braking and lane assist.
